Social Media \& Content Creator
Location: Office\-based / On\-site
Hours: Full\-time, Monday – Friday
Occasional weekends: Required as and when projects, events or content opportunities require
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
We need someone who can make our work impossible to ignore.
We’re looking for a Social Media \& Content Creator to take responsibility for creating, capturing and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn for our businesses.
This is a hands\-on, full\-time content role. You won't spend your day sitting behind a desk waiting for someone to give you something to post.
You'll be out in the business, in the workshop, on\-site and at customer projects finding and capturing content every day.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for the full content cycle:
Find it → Film it → Photograph it → Edit it → Post it → Engage
You'll be capturing content from every part of our business.
On\-site \& Experiential
- Visit customer sites and projects to capture builds and installations
- Film experiential campaigns and events
- Record projects from start to finish
- Capture behind\-the\-scenes footage
- Photograph finished installations
- Create content showing the scale and quality of our work
- Attend occasional weekend projects and events when required
- Capture vehicles arriving and being prepared
- Film vehicle wrapping and installation processes
- Record before\-and\-after transformations
- Photograph finished vehicles
- Create Reels and short\-form videos
- Capture interesting techniques, details and moments during installations
- Capture the printing process
- Film large\-format printers in action
- Show graphics being produced
- Record finishing, cutting and preparation
- Capture the journey from artwork to finished product
- Find visually interesting parts of the production process
You'll turn the content you capture into engaging posts across:
- Reels
- Videos
- Stories
- Photos
- Carousels
- Before \& after content
- Behind\-the\-scenes content
- Project showcases
- Company updates
There should always be content being captured
This is one of the most important parts of the job.
If you're not posting, editing or planning content, you should be out capturing it.
You will be expected to spend time every day walking around the workplace looking for content.
There is always something happening.
That could mean:
- Walking around the installation bays
- Visiting the print room
- Filming vehicles being wrapped
- Photographing finished vehicles
- Talking to the production team
- Capturing interesting machinery and processes
- Getting behind\-the\-scenes footage
- Preparing content for future posts and Stories
- Going out to customer sites
- Capturing experiential builds and installations
Occasional weekend work
Our projects don't always happen Monday to Friday.
There will be occasions where you may be required to attend a weekend installation, experiential project, event or other content opportunity.
This will be as and when required, rather than being a regular every\-weekend commitment.
Flexibility is therefore important.
We're looking for someone who
- Has experience creating social media content
- Understands Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Is confident filming and taking photographs
- Has a good eye for composition and interesting shots
- Can create engaging Reels and short\-form video
- Can edit video and photographs
- Understands what makes people stop scrolling
- Is confident getting out on\-site and around the workshop
- Is comfortable approaching people and asking to film
- Has plenty of creative ideas
- Is organised and able to plan content
- Can work independently
- Is energetic and proactive
- Has a genuine interest in social media and content creation
- Is flexible enough to attend occasional weekend projects when required
The personality we're looking for
This role will suit someone who can't walk past something interesting without wanting to film it.
You need to be:
Creative. Curious. Proactive. Fast\-moving. Confident.
If a new supercar arrives — film it.
If a vehicle is halfway through a wrap — film it.
If the printer is producing something huge — film it.
If the team is installing graphics on an interesting building — go and capture it.
If we're working on an experiential campaign — be there with the camera.
This is not a desk job.
The social media accounts are your responsibility, but the content starts in the real world.
You'll spend your working week moving around the business, capturing what we're doing and turning it into content.
We want someone who is always looking for the next piece of content rather than waiting for it to arrive.
How to apply
Send us your CV along with examples of your previous content or social media work.
Don't just tell us you're creative — show us.
We're much more interested in seeing the Reels you've made, the photos you've taken and the social accounts you've worked on.
If you can spot great content, capture it and turn it into something people want to watch, we'd like to hear from you.
Pay: £8\.00\-£15\.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40\.0 per week
Work Location: In person
