Social Media Executive
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Presenter and Social Media Executive to lead our organic social channels and continue driving growth across the business.
This is a key, office\-based full\-time role within the marketing team, combining on\-camera presenting with the day\-to\-day running of content, working in a small team and constantly pushing new creative ideas to keep our content fresh, engaging, and ahead of the competition.
This is a creative, hands\-on role where social media is a key driver of our brand. You'll be the face of our content as much as the person planning it, from in\-house shoots at our HQ to being out and about filming house launches and street interviews.
Responsibilities
- Present and film content on camera, both in\-house and out on location (house launches, street interviews, events)
- Plan, schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
- Drive engagement across all channels (comments, community conversations)
- Continuously test, learn and optimise content based on performance data
- Make data\-driven decisions to improve reach, engagement and conversion
- Stay ahead of trends and bring new creative ideas to the table
- Work closely with the wider marketing and creative teams on campaigns and launches
- Proven experience presenting on camera, ideally for social/digital content
- Proven experience in a Social Media (or similar) role
- Confident and personable on camera, comfortable approaching members of the public for street interviews
- Experience filming with camera/video equipment and basic video editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Experience using Canva to create social graphics and content
- Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
- Highly organised, with experience using scheduling tools (e.g. Sprout Social)
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on performance
- Confident analysing data and turning insights into action
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for engaging content
- Proactive, driven and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with online communities
- Full UK driving licence (for filming at events/locations)
- £25,000 base salary \+ bonus scheme (OTE up to £34,000\)

Pay: Up to £34,000\.00 per year
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
- Social media marketing: 2 years (required)
