Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and foster positive public relations. Duties
- Develop, plan, and execute social media campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage daily social media activities, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to build a strong online community.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and relevant conversations to inform content strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and optimise messaging for target audiences.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and generate reports to assess effectiveness and guide future initiatives.
- Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of social media best practices, emerging platforms, and industry trends.
- Foster positive public relations by managing online reputation and responding professionally to comments or inquiries.
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply within digital platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for different audiences.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling through digital content.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or platform\-specific insights to measure campaign success.
- Previous experience working with various social media management tools is desirable.
