Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. Duties

• Develop, plan, and execute social media campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.


• Manage daily social media activities, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to build a strong online community.


• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and relevant conversations to inform content strategies.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and optimise messaging for target audiences.


• Analyse campaign performance metrics and generate reports to assess effectiveness and guide future initiatives.


• Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of social media best practices, emerging platforms, and industry trends.


• Foster positive public relations by managing online reputation and responding professionally to comments or inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.


• Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply within digital platforms.


• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for different audiences.


• Organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.


• Creative thinker with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling through digital content.


• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or platform\-specific insights to measure campaign success.


• Previous experience working with various social media management tools is desirable.
