ABOUT LASH HEAVEN

Lash Heaven is a luxury lash supply brand, established in 2015\. We supply professional lash artists across the UK with premium products, and we're known for our quality, our customer service and our reputation within the beauty industry.

Our customers are professional lash artists — skilled, discerning and genuinely obsessed with their craft. They're a brilliant audience to build a brand for, because they notice everything.

We're small, we move quickly, and everything is run in\-house from our unit in Ruislip.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is the role that runs Lash Heaven day to day.

Roughly half your week is about growing the brand: our social media, our content, our launches and our community of lash artists. The other half is about running it: orders out on time, stock accurate, customers looked after, systems tidy.

Both halves matter, and we're honest that they're different kinds of work. Some days you'll be shooting product content and planning a launch. Others you'll be packing orders and counting tweezers. If only one of those appeals to you, this isn't the right role — but if the mix is exactly what you've been looking for, you'll love it here.

There's plenty to get your teeth into. We have a home\-study training course launching this autumn, a growing community of lash artists to build, product launches through the year, and a brand that deserves better content than it currently gets.

The founder holds most of this at the moment, and the point of this role is to hand it over properly. Within a few months you should know the products, the customers and the systems well enough to keep everything running while she's travelling.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Social media \& content — the heart of the role

• Own our social media across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook


• Plan and run a consistent weekly content calendar, and keep it going without being chased


• Shoot product photography and short\-form video in our studio


• Edit reels, design carousels in Canva, and write captions in our brand voice


• Respond to comments and DMs and grow real engagement with our community


• Appear on camera if you're comfortable — a bonus, never a requirement


• Keep an eye on what's happening in the lash and beauty industry, and act on it

Marketing, launches \& community

• Plan and run product launches and promotions end to end


• Support our training course and our community of lash artists


• Help with email marketing and customer communications


• Bring ideas. You will be listened to

Orders \& fulfilment

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time


• Own dispatch standards — right product, right quantity, beautifully presented


• Resolve order issues, returns and courier problems end to end


• Saturday mornings are for clearing the weekend's orders and setting up the week

Stock \& inventory

• Learn our product range properly — curls, lengths, thicknesses, variants


• Keep stock levels accurate and reconcile physical counts against Shopify


• Flag low stock before it becomes a problem and prepare reorder lists


• Receive, check and organise incoming deliveries

Customers

• Handle enquiries by email, DM and phone with a warm, professional tone


• Spot recurring problems and fix the cause, not just the individual case

eCommerce \& systems

• Day\-to\-day Shopify administration — products, variants, descriptions, pricing, discounts


• Keep product information and website content accurate


• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Canva confidently in everyday work


• Very familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp from a business perspective


• Write down how things are done, so the business runs on process rather than memory

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a rare combination: someone creative enough to build a brand, and precise enough to be trusted with stock and orders. Most people lean one way. If you genuinely do both, you'll be hard to replace here, and we'll treat you accordingly.

You will do well here if:

• You already create content — for a brand, a client, or yourself. You'll be asked to show us


• You're confident with short\-form video editing and Canva, and you write well


• You are also genuinely detail\-oriented. You notice a wrong variant, a duplicate order, a stock figure that doesn't add up


• You are self\-directed. You plan your own day, you finish what you start, and nobody has to chase you


• You communicate proactively — you say what's happening before someone has to ask


• You're interested in beauty, lashes or aesthetics. Our audience can tell the difference immediately


• You're happy to muck in. In a small business, everyone packs boxes sometimes


• You want a long\-term role where you grow with the business


• You can reliably commute to Ruislip, including Saturday mornings

Please note: phones here are for making content, not for scrolling. This is a working studio in a small team and the days are hands\-on. You won't be micromanaged, but you will be trusted, and that cuts both ways.

EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Demonstrable experience creating content — a portfolio, a brand account you've run, or your own account with work you're proud of


• Confident with short\-form video editing (CapCut, Reels, TikTok native or similar) and Canva


• Excellent written English


• Experience in a role where accuracy and organisation were your responsibility, not someone else's

Highly desirable

• Managing social media for a business or brand


• Shopify or another eCommerce platform


• Stock or inventory management


• Product photography


• Email marketing


• AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude


• Beauty, lashes, aesthetics or a related industry

• £16\.00 – £18\.50 per hour depending on experience — £24,500 – £28,400 per year
