Operations Manager and Bodyshop Estimator

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing team to assist with the day\-to\-day running of our business.

We, ADL Crash Repairs, are a well established, family run company specialising in vehicle repairs in Ruislip. We are based within Braintree Road Industrial Estate, Ruislip, HA4 0EJ and are able to take on the right person with an immediate start.

The role will involve working with our friendly team on a full time basis.

The role of a Bodyshop Estimator is a hands\-on one. The main duties involve assessing accident damaged vehicles, creating estimates, negotiating repair costs with Insurers and liaising with the clients to determine their needs.

As an Estimator, you will be required to run the daily operations and maintaining relationships with the insurance engineers, bodyshop, and clients. You will work with a wide range of vehicles and manufacturers, so knowledge and understanding are key to this role.

Main responsibilities involve:

• Smooth running of operations from when a potential job is received to when the vehicle goes back to the client


• Completing high quality estimates and maintaining good relationships with insurance engineers


• Managing the bodyshop operations to ensure vehicles have gone through all required steps for repair in a timely manner


• Ensuring any complaints are addressed in a timely fashion and resolution reached


• Ensuring final supplementary estimates are completed timely to ensure invoicing process is completed within the SLA

• A proactive attitude


• Managerial experience


• Someone who can perform in a fast paced environment under pressure


• Ability to prioritise workload


• Experience with compiling estimates


• Experience using Audatex and/or GT Automotive

Pay: £35,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
