Social Media \& Brand Storytelling Manager

(Clinic\-Based \| Part\-Time \| 3 Days per Week)

Location: Cardiff / Vale of Glamorgan
Salary: £19,200 \- £25,200

About the Role

We are not looking for someone to “manage social media.” We are looking for someone who understands

how to build belief. Our clinic is entering a new chapter — evolving from a successful hair transplant practice

into a distinctive premium brand built around craftsmanship, transformation, identity, and freedom from the

psychological burden of hair loss. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, luxury branding,

documentary\-style content, social media strategy, and performance marketing. You will work directly with Dr

Ted and the wider team to help shape the public narrative of a clinic with ambitious long\-term plans —

including destination\-based experiences, premium patient journeys, educational content, recruitment

campaigns, and high\-trust brand positioning. This is not a “generic clinic marketing” role. We are building

something more culturally resonant, emotionally intelligent, and creatively ambitious than traditional aesthetic

advertising. We want content that feels cinematic rather than salesy, authoritative rather than loud, and

intriguing rather than desperate for attention. The ideal candidate understands that the best branding does

not merely generate clicks — it creates mythology, trust, intrigue, and reputation over time.

Content \& Storytelling

  • Capture and create high\-quality photo/video content within the clinic

  • Work alongside our videographer to produce documentary\-style social content, reels, patient stories, and behind\-the\-scenes material

  • Develop long\-form and short\-form content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms

  • Maintain a consistent visual and editorial identity aligned with the clinic’s premium positioning
Brand Development
  • Help shape the evolving identity and voice of the clinic

  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, launches, educational series, and brand storytelling

  • Support development of a recognisable luxury aesthetic across all platforms

  • Assist in elevating the clinic beyond traditional “before \& after” marketing
Paid Advertising \& Lead Generation
  • Plan, launch, and optimise Meta advertising campaigns

  • Understand patient psychology and create campaigns that attract aligned patients

  • Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and acquisition costs
What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally

  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager

  • Excellent visual instincts and understanding of premium/luxury branding

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling ability

  • Confidence filming, editing, and producing short\-form video content
Highly Desirable
  • Experience within healthcare, aesthetics, luxury brands, hospitality, or personal branding

  • Understanding of documentary\-style or cinematic content creation

  • Experience growing personality\-led brands
