Duties

• Manage daily posting schedules and respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews.


• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.


• Cultivate positive relationships with media outlets and influencers to enhance public relations efforts.


• Organise online campaigns and promotional events to increase brand awareness.


• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media tools to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.


• Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English.


• Demonstrated ability to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.


• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.


• Experience working with branding strategies and maintaining brand voice across multiple channels.
