We are looking for experienced Team Leaders to join our residential children’s homes across the West Midlands. Small homes, strong teams and a well\-structured environment.
And just so we are clear from the start, this is not a chaotic setting. Our homes are well run, well\-staffed and led by managers who are present and accessible every single day.
The Pay
No unsafe lone working. Consistent rota. A team around you on every shift.

- £200 at 18 months
- £500 at 2 years
- £1,000 at 5 years

- Small homes, typically 2 to 3 young people
- Strong staffing ratios with no unsafe lone working
- Consistent rota with genuine work life balance
- Clear progression to Deputy and Registered Manager
You will lead shifts, mentor your Support Workers and be a hand on, trusted presence for young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
You will contribute to care plans, work closely with your Registered Manager and help create a stable, well\-run home.

What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years residential children’s care experience
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Full UK driving licence
- A leader who leads by example
