As a care assistant you will be responsible for following individual care plans and providing excellent personal care and domestic support to MALE \& FEMALE CLIENTS Experience is not necessary as we provide online training and shadowing shifts with a senior care worker.

Access to a car is Required

No experience required as free comprehensive and full training is provided to you. We will train you to the highest standards to be the best that you can be and we will support you through your role with opportunities to progress in the profession.

• Paid Mileage 30p per mile

• 28 days annual leave pro rata including bank holidays.


• Time and a half pay on bank holidays


• Must be willing to work weekends


• Must be willing to start at 7am


• Must be flexible and able to work at short notice

• Travel to clients’ homes throughout the day to provide care and support within the community


• Supporting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Assisting with mobility and safe moving and handling procedures


• Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition and hydration


• Administer medication or prompt medication administration in accordance with care plans and company policies


• Providing companionship and emotional support


• Assisting with household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping


• Support clients to attend appointments and access the community where appropriate


• Encouraging independence and promoting choice and well\-being.


• Monitor and report any concerns or changes in a client’s condition


• Maintain accurate care records and documentation


• Following safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality, and infection control procedures at all times
