We're looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to join the team at We Are Marketable.

This isn't one of those jobs where you'll spend all day scheduling posts and watching the clock.

You'll be creating content for a wide range of businesses and personal brands, helping local companies grow through social media, video content and digital marketing.

You'll work alongside our team creating content that actually generates leads, sales and results.

If you're constantly analysing social media, spotting trends, filming content, creating graphics or finding new ways to make content stand out, we want to hear from you.

About Us

We Are Marketable is a Nottingham\-based digital marketing agency helping businesses generate more leads through SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Advertising, Websites and Marketing Automation.

We've spent years helping businesses grow online and we're looking for someone creative who wants to grow with us.

The Role

You'll be responsible for creating engaging content for both our clients and our own brands.

Your day\-to\-day could include:

• Creating social media content for multiple clients


• Designing graphics and carousel posts


• Filming and editing short\-form video content


• Writing engaging captions and post copy


• Creating content ideas and content plans


• Staying up to date with social media trends


• Visiting client locations to gather content


• Supporting wider marketing campaigns


• Assisting with digital marketing projects where required

No two days are the same.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• 1\-2 years experience in a social media, content creation or marketing\-related role


• Strong understanding of social media platforms


• Experience using Canva or similar design software


• Experience using CapCut or video editing software


• Excellent written communication skills


• Creative mindset with a good eye for content


• Confidence filming content and working with clients


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus Points

• Experience with Meta Ads


• Basic SEO knowledge


• Photography experience


• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Etc


• Experience working within an agency environment


• Understanding of wider digital marketing strategies
