As an established care agency we support people to be part of the community that they live in offering an array of opportunities to enable them to live independent fulfilled lives.

Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time, Contracts available We do not provide sponsorship

We are recruiting for all times but specifically:

Morning from 7am to 12pm

Evenings 5pm to 10pm

Weekends 7am to 10pm .

Pay: £14\.34 to £21\.50 per hour ( inclusive of Holiday Pay)

Plus Travel time and Mileage paid for all visits

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate clearly with people using a method (words, signs, pictures etc.) of the persons choice.


• Help the people we support to maintain and increase their independence.


• Empowering people to try new things.


• Help with daily care: personal care, healthy diet and housework etc.


• Understand the needs, wishes and dreams of people and support them accordingly through person\-centred planning.


• Include the community in the lives of people we support by ensuring they stay in touch with families and friends, meet new people and lead full lives.


• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and organisational guidelines and work within the philosophy and core values of J\&K Care Specialists.
