Social Care Strategy Lead
- About The Role
- The Social Care Strategy Lead provides strategic leadership, direction and oversight of SPS Policy areas and interventions within the scope of social care and wellbeing interventions which are designed to address identified risk and needs of the range of population groups within our care.
The role holder will work with other senior stakeholders across; Directorates, Establishments, Scottish Government and partner agencies in the collaborative development and implementation of policy, practice and interventions designed to (1\) maximise opportunity for meaningful engagement and participation whilst individuals are in our care and (2\) enhance and maximise their capacity for subsequent successful reintegration into the community.

- Educated to degree level qualification or demonstrating equivalent relevant experience Essential

- Relevant experience at middle management level within a adult community care operational setting Essential
