We are an independently owned family company providing an extensive portfolio of products and services including vehicle wrapping and graphic application, bespoke signage, graphic design services and large format printing.
Since 2004, when the company was founded, we have grown strongly every year, working with a large, loyal customer base that is always growing. We strive to provide a professional and efficient service for all our customers and offer national coverage to a diverse client base across retail, rail, local authorities, construction, and blue chips.
We are now looking to recruit a Signage and Graphics Production Operator to join our friendly and successful team. They will work with our sales, graphic design and production teams to process the artwork ready for print.
This is an important and key role in our business with opportunities to progress.
We are looking for:
- Experience of art working and design work, from small scale signs to large scale signage, vehicle graphics and wraps
- Knowledge of signage software, Adobe Photoshop and a vector software such as Illustrator/Flexi\-sign/Corel
- Ability to use artwork to prepare print ready files for print, vinyl and cnc
- Preparing files for print and production ensuring accuracy and consistency and exporting correctly for print.
- Managing production output and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good mathematical skills and attention to detail to measure and calculate scaled drawings accurately.
- A strong creative flair but also receptive to direct design briefs.
- Organised and able to prioritise.

- Have large format industry or signage experience
- Experience setting large format files up for print.
- Working in a fast\-paced environment.
- Held a similar position for at least 1 year.
- Knowledge of sign and display print and finishing techniques.
- Excellent eye for detail.
- Ability to multi\-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Reliable, trustworthy and conscientious team member.
