Front of House Supervisor

We’re looking for a confident, hands\-on Front of House Supervisor to support the day\-to\-day running of our venue. You’ll lead by example on the floor, help manage shifts, motivate the team, and ensure every guest receives a warm, friendly, and professional experience.

This role is perfect for someone with hospitality experience who’s ready to take the next step into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the FOH team during service


• Open and close shifts, including cash handling and end\-of\-day procedures


• Ensure high standards of customer service at all times


• Deal confidently and professionally with customer queries or complaints


• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health \& safety standards


• Work closely with management to ensure smooth service

• Previous experience in hospitality (supervisory experience preferred)


• Confident communicator with strong people skills


• Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure


• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service


• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team


• Flexible availability, including Lunchtimes, evenings and weekends
