Showroom Sales Consultant

Job Overview
We are seeking motivated, passionate, and detail oriented individuals with a flair for design, interiors, colour, and imagination to join our team at our New Fayrouz Tile \& Stone Doncaster Showroom, where you'll help us achieve top results and deliver exceptional service.

Experience in the Tile \& Stone industry is beneficial but not mandatory, as product training will be provided.

You’ll join a small in store team focused on understanding customers' needs whether it's a bathroom or kitchen redesign, an order for commercial spaces, or recommendations for additional products.

Your role includes but not limited to:

• Greeting customers


• Offering product advice


• Assessing project needs


• Providing quotations


• Suggesting suitable products


• Processing orders and payments


• Monitoring stock


• Ensuring store cleanliness.

Our reputation is built on outstanding customer care, so the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, deliver exceptional service, and engage customers confidently.

Previous retail experience is preferred, along with the ability to work independently and the flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and possibly at other locations.

Pay: £10\.85\-£12\.71 per hour
