Service & Repair Heating Engineer

JHP Services is a well established, family run plumbing and heating company serving customers across Edinburgh and the Lothians. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Service \& Repair Heating Engineer who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of delivering an excellent customer experience.

The Role

As a Service \& Repair Heating Engineer, you'll carry out:

• Boiler servicing and annual gas safety checks on domestic gas boilers


• Fault finding and repairs on domestic gas boilers and heating systems, ensuring compliance with current regulations


• Emergency breakdown repairs


• Accurately complete job reports and paperwork using our job management system


• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with customers


• Work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship

You'll be working in domestic properties across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant qualifications and certifications in domestic gas engineering.


• Previous experience servicing and repairing a range of domestic gas boilers


• Proven fault finding and diagnostic skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively


• Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service


• A positive attitude and pride in producing quality work


• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently


• Full UK driving licence

Pay: Up to £45,000\.00 per year
