Service desk and office administrator

From our main head office we have a maintenance department that covers 150 customers and properties . The Ideal Candidate will be expected to deal with the day to day running of the maintenance department.

The candidate will be the first point of contact with the customers , Service managers and engineers.

.Responding to customer queries

Planning maintenance visits and call outs.

Reviewing reports and issue them to clients

Project cost control and invoicing

Managing plant and equipment

Managing safety statements and associated works

Pay: €28,300\.00\-€38,500\.00 per year
