Sales Representative – Cold Calling \& Business Development
Radio King is one of Ireland's specialists in car Android systems and automotive electronics. We install Android head units, reverse and dash cameras, speakers and subwoofers, and handle Japanese import conversions — FM band, CarPlay and Android Auto activation, and firmware.
We supply and fit premium equipment for main dealer groups, independent garages and private clients across Ireland. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Sales Representative specialising in cold calling and new business development to help us expand our dealer network and increase sales.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building business relationships and earning commission based on their results.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound cold calls to car dealerships, independent garages and automotive businesses across Ireland.
- Identify potential customers and introduce Radio King's products and services.
- Develop new dealer and garage accounts through proactive sales activity.
- Build long\-term relationships with business owners, managers and purchasing teams.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automotive technology solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales.
- Follow up on leads, quotations and potential customers.
- Manage your sales pipeline using CRM and Excel.
- Coordinate with the workshop and installation teams to ensure orders are delivered successfully.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and maximise your commission earnings.
- 2\+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2B, automotive, aftermarket or parts.
- Proven experience in cold calling and closing sales.
- A track record of achieving sales targets.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships from scratch.
- Comfortable making calls to businesses that have not previously worked with us.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Confident using CRM systems and Excel.
- Fluent English, plus Russian or Ukrainian — essential for internal communication and working with our team.
- Full clean B driving licence.
- Right to work in Ireland.
- Competitive base salary of €32,000–€36,000\.
- Uncapped commission based on closed sales.
