Service Delivery Supervisor (SDS) – Secure Mental Health Transport

We’re a growing, purpose\-driven organisation providing secure transport for mental health and complex care patients. We're launching new regional hubs and we’re looking for smart, driven leaders to run them.

As an SDS, you’ll:

· Oversee a local crew of bank transport staff (not drive yourself)

· Build NHS relationships \& grow job volume in your area

· Lead on audits, governance, and quality for your patch

· Attend local MDTs and act as our area rep

· Be rewarded with monthly bonuses based on performance

You’ll need:

· Experience in healthcare, social care, or secure transport

· Strong organisational and relationship\-building skills

· Confidence to work independently and deliver results

· Full UK driving licence
