Server Administrator – Manage and Optimize Critical IT Systems

- Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers
- Manage Windows Server and Linux environments
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and security
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies
- Perform system updates, patching, and backup management
- Implement and test disaster recovery procedures
- Troubleshoot server, storage, and network\-related issues
- Support virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper\-V
- Maintain documentation for systems and infrastructure
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Server Administrator, Systems Administrator, or Infrastructure Engineer
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux systems
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and security practices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and automation
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8\-hour shifts
- Hybrid work available
