Direct Interiors North West Limited is hiring a Full\-Time Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing interior fit\-out team. Based at our main office in Deeside (CH5\), we deliver high\-quality commercial interiors across the region and need a dual\-role professional to price projects accurately and manage them seamlessly from concept to completion.

  • Job Title: Estimator / Project Manager

  • Location: Garden City, Deeside (CH5 2HX)

  • Employment Type: Full\-time, Permanent

  • Salary: £35,000 \- £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Quantify Materials: Measure drawings and compile accurate bills of quantities.

  • Source Quotes: Negotiate with sub\-contractors and material suppliers.

  • Submit Tenders: Prepare detailed, competitive commercial fit\-out bids.

  • Manage Sites: Oversee live projects, ensuring safety and quality standards.

  • Track Budgets: Control project variations, costs, and final accounts.

  • Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients.

What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: Proven track record in interior fit\-out estimating and management.

  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in Excel and modern estimating software.

  • Trade Knowledge: Deep understanding of partitioning, ceilings, joinery, and finishes.

  • Communication: Strong negotiation skills and a professional client\-facing manner.

  • Mobility: Full UK driving licence to travel to regional site locations.
