Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives and quarterly OKRs, ensuring a clear roadmap of prioritized initiatives.

  • Manage a continuous pipeline of SEO actions, balancing technical improvements, content opportunities, and growth experiments based on impact.

  • Oversee technical SEO performance, including site architecture, indexing, crawlability, internal linking, structured data, and platform health.

  • Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, and overall site performance, including supporting migrations and structural changes.

  • Lead keyword research and user intent mapping to guide content strategy, briefs, metadata, schema implementation, and on-page optimization.

  • Develop scalable content publishing frameworks that align with search demand, conversion goals, and business priorities.

  • Design and execute off-page SEO strategies, including backlink acquisition through digital PR, partnerships, and earned media initiatives.

  • Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools and translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Collaborate with content, design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all digital initiatives.

  • Build SEO documentation, playbooks, and guidelines to standardize best practices across teams and stakeholders.

Requirements


  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a growth-driven, agency, or enterprise environment.

  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, including crawl optimization, indexing, site structure, and JavaScript SEO considerations.

  • Proven experience in content strategy, keyword research, on-page optimization, and conversion-focused SEO execution.

  • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent platforms.

  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or headless systems, with basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript understanding.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear actions.

  • Experience collaborating on multi-channel digital marketing initiatives, including inbound, social, or paid campaigns.

  • Understanding of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and their impact on SEO performance.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present insights clearly.
