The Opportunity
We’re hiring an SEO Executive who already knows what they’re doing and wants more ownership, more responsibility, and a clear path forward.
This isn’t a junior role and it’s not a training position.
It’s a delivery role where performance matters.
You’ll be trusted to:
- Execute SEO strategies that actually drive organic growth
- Take full ownership of client performance
- Work with intent\-led, commercially focused SEO
- Adapt to how search is evolving (AI Overviews, AEO, GEO, entity\-based search)
If you want to move quickly, take ownership, and be judged on results, it will.
Who This Role Is For
You’ll do well here if you:
- Have 2\+ years of hands\-on SEO experience (agency preferred due to the fast paced nature of the company).
- Understand how SEO connects to leads, revenue, and growth
- Can work independently and take responsibility for outcomes
- Prefer solving problems over passing them on
- Are genuinely interested in where search is heading (AI, entities, intent, experience)
Core Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for improving SEO performance across client accounts — not just doing the work, but making it better.
SEO Strategy \& Execution
- Carry out proper keyword research
- Optimise content for rankings, user experience, and conversion \- not just keywords
- Support content that’s built for modern search (GEO, AEO, entity alignment, topical authority)
- Build internal linking structures that improve crawlability and pass authority properly
- Identify and fix SEO issues using tools like:
- Google Search Console
- GA4
- SEMrush
- Screaming Frog
- Work with developers and designers to ensure SEO is built into sites properly, not retrofitted afterwards
- Track rankings, traffic, and what’s actually driving performance
- Turn data into clear actions, not just observations
- Report on what’s happened, why it’s happened, and what needs to happen next
- Minimum 2 years’ SEO experience (agency or in\-house)
- Strong understanding of:
- On\-page SEO
- Search intent
- Content optimisation
- Confident using GSC, GA4, SEMrush and Screaming Frog
- GCSEs Grade C / 4 or above in Maths and English
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Commercial awareness \- you understand how SEO impacts leads and revenue
