We are a search\-led digital marketing agency specialising in SEO, PPC and AI\-driven search strategies.
We work with ambitious eCommerce and service\-based businesses that rely heavily on digital performance and measurable growth.
We are looking for an experienced SEO Account Lead to take ownership of client strategy, delivery and performance — and help shape the future direction of our SEO offering as AI transforms search.
This is not a junior execution role. We want someone commercially minded who can lead strategy, manage projects and communicate confidently with clients.
The Role
You will:
- Own and lead SEO strategy across a portfolio of clients, from research and analysis through to implementation
- Take full responsibility for client communication, leading calls, presenting performance and driving strategic direction
- Deliver clear monthly reporting and actionable performance insights
- Stay ahead of developments in AI search and apply GEO principles to client campaigns
- Work closely with PPC, web development and content teams
- Ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met

- Strong understanding of Technical SEO
- On\-page optimisation and content strategy
- Link building and backlink analysis
- Confident running technical audits and prioritising actions
- Excellent understanding of GA4, Google Search Console and rank tracking tools
- Practical experience of AI SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)
- Understanding of how LLMs such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews surface content
- Ability to apply GEO strategies to improve client visibility in AI\-driven search environments
- Awareness of how AI is reshaping search behaviour and what that means for organic strategy
- Proven ability to lead SEO strategy independently and make confident recommendations
- Able to align SEO activity with the client's broader business goals
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insight
- Detail\-oriented with high standards
- Experienced in owning client relationships end to end
- Confident presenting to clients at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable leading calls, handling queries and managing expectations
- Previous experience working within a digital agency
- Comfortable collaborating with PPC, content and development teams
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
