Chase Lodge is a specialist residential care home supporting adults with long\-term mental health needs. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Support Worker to join our leadership team and help deliver exceptional care and support.

*About the role*
As a Senior Support Worker, you'll work closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to help ensure the smooth day\-to\-day running of the home.
*You will:*
- Lead and support a team of care staff
- Act as a mentor and role model for colleagues
- Support the delivery of high\-quality person\-centred care
- Encourage positive outcomes for residents
- Help create a safe, supportive and empowering environment
We're seeking someone who:
- Has experience within health, social care or a related field
- Has strong communication and leadership skills
- Is positive, patient and empathetic
- Can motivate and support others
- Brings a proactive, solution\-focused approach to work
- Minimum 1 year's experience in Adult Social Care
- Level 2 Health \& Social Care Diploma
