*What you'll do*
As a Care Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents to live as independently and comfortably as possible. Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:
- Building positive relationships with residents
- Providing emotional support and encouragement
- Supporting daily living activities
- Promoting independence, dignity and choice
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
- Have excellent communication skills
