The Opportunity:

Alongside your technical and strategic responsibilities, you will provide strong people leadership, managing and developing specialist staff and creating a culture where high\-quality analysis, innovation and continuous improvement are embedded in the way the team operates.

This is an opportunity to establish and shape a modern, data\-led approach to space intelligence. You will have the autonomy and influence to develop new analytical approaches, introduce innovative business intelligence and visualisation tools, and ensure that data becomes a strategic asset in delivering the University's Estates Strategy.

The University holds a significant and complex physical estate, and the quality of the decisions we make about that estate depends increasingly on the quality of the data and insight available to us.
