Accountabilities:

In this role, you will drive social strategy, community engagement, audience growth, and cross-functional amplification initiatives across owned and external channels.

  • Own and evolve the social media strategy across key platforms, including editorial planning, publishing cadence, audience growth, and engagement optimization

  • Manage and expand presence across strategic online communities, forums, Slack groups, Reddit channels, and industry-specific platforms

  • Lead employee advocacy initiatives by enabling internal contributors with content resources, playbooks, and engagement frameworks

  • Monitor social listening platforms and community discussions to surface actionable insights for marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams

  • Collaborate with design, video, PR, and content teams to create engaging, platform-native social content and campaigns

  • Build and manage influencer, creator, and partnership initiatives aligned with brand positioning and audience relevance

  • Support social communication during high-visibility moments, including events, launches, announcements, or reputation-related situations

  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies based on engagement quality, sentiment, and business impact

Requirements
The ideal candidate is a strategic social and community expert with strong B2B marketing experience, exceptional communication skills, and hands-on AI fluency.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B social media, community management, or digital brand strategy roles

  • Proven expertise managing LinkedIn and other social channels for enterprise SaaS, technology, or B2B brands

  • Experience building and scaling employee advocacy programs with measurable engagement results

  • Deep understanding of online community dynamics across forums, Reddit, Slack groups, and industry-specific networks

  • Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial skills with the ability to create engaging social-first content

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools, LLMs, or workflow automation to improve productivity and content operations

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define, measure, and interpret meaningful social and community KPIs

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across PR, product marketing, sales, customer marketing, and leadership teams

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
