Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager
Hutchinsons PVC Solutions is a fast\-growing UK manufacturer and installer of industrial partitioning, spray booths and specialist workspace solutions. We work with industrial and commercial customers across the UK and are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to help lead the next stage of our growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys developing people, improving sales performance and building strong customer relationships.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales pipeline and supporting the wider sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
You will work closely with the directors to develop sales strategies, improve processes and ensure opportunities are effectively managed from enquiry through to close.
While the role includes managing some key opportunities personally, a significant part of your focus will be on leading, coaching and supporting the sales function to maximise conversion rates, customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing the sales pipeline within HubSpot
- Coaching and supporting sales team members to improve performance
- Monitoring KPIs, conversion rates and sales activity
- Managing key customer relationships and larger opportunities
- Supporting the preparation of quotations, proposals and presentations
- Running customer meetings via Zoom and occasionally on\-site
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiency
- Working closely with marketing to maximise lead generation and conversion
- Providing regular sales reporting and forecasting to the leadership team
- Ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey
Our customers include warehouse operators, manufacturers, logistics businesses, engineering companies and construction contractors throughout the UK.
Projects range from straightforward installations to larger, bespoke solutions with longer sales cycles, requiring a consultative and relationship\-focused approach.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a commercially minded sales professional with experience managing B2B sales opportunities and supporting or leading a sales team.
You will be confident communicating with customers at all levels, highly organised and motivated by achieving results.

- Full UK driving licence

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm (Office Based)
Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm (Working from Home)
