We are strengthening our team for the position of:

Senior Receptionist (M/F)
.

Responsibilities:

• Provide reception services, ensuring an excellent welcome for guests;


• Carry out check\-in and check\-out processes efficiently and in a personalized way;


• Provide information and promote hotel services and experiences;


• Know and promote all outlets and services of the property;


• Manage special requests, complaints, and suggestions, ensuring proper follow\-up;


• Work closely with different departments;


• Ensure compliance with defined quality and service standards.

• Certified training in Tourism, Hotel Management, or similar areas;


• Proven experience in the role, preferably in luxury hospitality;


• Good knowledge of Host software, Outlook, and Office 365;


• Fluency in English (mandatory); other languages will be valued;


• High sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;


• Strong communication skills, resilience, and customer orientation;


• Dynamism, proactivity, and autonomy.
