We are looking to strengthen our team with the following role:
PASTRY SOUS CHEF (M/F)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Pastry Chef with the day\-to\-day coordination of operations;
- Ensure that pastry products are prepared and presented in accordance with defined quality standards;
- Supervise the team, ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards;
- Participate in the creation and development of new ideas and menus;
- Monitor stock levels and waste, and ensure products are stored correctly;
- Ensure the pastry section is kept tidy and clean.

- Professional training in pastry making or equivalent experience in the role;
- Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector;
- Strong organisational, planning and operational management skills;
- Leadership qualities and a team\-oriented approach;
- A sense of responsibility, dynamism and attention to detail;
- Availability and flexibility regarding working hours.
