Senior Property Consultant
Peak Point Properties is looking for an experienced Senior Property Consultant to manage property enquiries, client relationships, viewings, and related sales and lettings activity.
The role is suited to someone who already has experience in residential property and is confident managing clients, coordinating transactions, and handling a varied workload with limited supervision.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage enquiries from landlords, buyers, tenants, and other property clients.
- Advise clients on available properties based on their requirements.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Maintain accurate property listings, availability, and client records.
- Manage follow\-up activity after viewings and enquiries.
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, contractors, solicitors, and other external contacts.
- Support property transactions from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Assist with tenancy renewals, documentation, and related administration.
- Deal with more complex client queries and resolve issues where possible.
- Keep CRM and property management systems updated.
- Review property information and ensure marketing details remain accurate.
- Monitor progress across active enquiries and transactions.
- Support junior team members with property enquiries and day\-to\-day processes.
- Share relevant local market information with clients and colleagues.
- Report significant issues and outstanding actions to management.
- Previous experience in residential property, estate agency, lettings, property consultancy, or a related role.
- Experience managing clients and property enquiries independently.
- Good understanding of residential sales and lettings processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of the Sheffield property market is useful.
- Strong organisation and ability to manage several properties and deadlines.
- Good attention to detail when handling contracts, records, and property information.
- Comfortable using CRM and property management software.
- Good commercial awareness and practical problem\-solving skills.
- Ability to support less experienced colleagues when required.
- ARLA Propertymark or another relevant property qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Full UK right to work.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Some evening or weekend viewings may be required where client requirements make this necessary.
