We are looking for a capable and well\-organised Senior Project Engineer to support the delivery of technical projects across our customer base.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer with strong technical ability, excellent organisational skills, and the confidence to deliver projects both remotely and on customer sites.

This role will suit someone who is technically strong, commercially aware, and able to take ownership of project delivery from planning through to completion. You will be expected to work closely with customers, internal teams, and third\-party suppliers to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical projects across customer environments.


• Attend customer sites where required.


• Scope, plan, implement, and document project work.


• Carry out Microsoft 365, Azure, server, networking, endpoint, and security\-related project tasks.


• Support migrations, infrastructure upgrades, security improvements, and new system deployments.


• Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.


• Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and handed over properly.


• Escalate risks, delays, and technical issues in a timely manner.


• Provide technical guidance to helpdesk and support teams where required.


• Maintain high standards of organisation, communication, and customer service.

Essential Requirements

• Strong technical background in managed IT services or a similar technical environment.


• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.


• Strong technical judgement and problem\-solving ability.


• Experience delivering technical projects for business customers.


• Confident working independently and taking ownership of outcomes.


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Able to travel to customer sites when required.


• Must be commutable to CB10\.


• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Desirable Experience

• Microsoft 365 administration and migration experience.


• Azure and Entra ID experience.


• Windows Server and Active Directory experience.


• Networking knowledge, including firewalls, switching, wireless, and VPNs.


• Cyber security and compliance awareness.


• Experience working for a managed service provider.


• Familiarity with PSA, RMM, and documentation platforms.
