Accountabilities:

  • Own key growth metrics across activation, monetization, pricing, subscription conversion, and retention, taking full responsibility for performance outcomes.

  • Lead a dedicated product squad and define priorities based on customer behavior, business objectives, and growth opportunities.

  • Design, launch, and analyze high-velocity experimentation programs, including A/B testing initiatives across web and mobile platforms.

  • Identify user drop-off points, uncover behavioral insights, and develop product enhancements that improve conversion and engagement.

  • Partner closely with acquisition, engineering, design, and analytics teams to optimize the customer journey from acquisition through retention.

  • Develop and refine onboarding experiences, pricing strategies, paywalls, and discovery flows to maximize customer value and revenue growth.

  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to build hypotheses, evaluate performance, and inform product roadmap decisions.

  • Monitor key growth indicators and continuously iterate on features and experiences to drive sustainable business impact.

Requirements


  • 5–8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of driving activation, monetization, retention, or subscription growth metrics.

  • Experience working on recurring revenue products, including SaaS, subscription-based platforms, or other revenue-driven digital businesses.

  • Strong understanding of SMB customer behavior and purchasing journeys within e-commerce or business software environments.

  • Deep knowledge of growth product management principles, including conversion funnels, pricing models, paywall optimization, and customer lifecycle management.

  • Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience using SQL and product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools.

  • Demonstrated experience designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.

  • Ability to independently analyze data, identify opportunities, and make informed product decisions without relying heavily on external support.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and a practical approach to leveraging automation to improve efficiency.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Experience with both web and mobile product funnels, e-commerce platforms, or entrepreneurial ventures is considered an advantage.
