Accountabilities:

  • Own end-to-end product design outcomes, from problem definition and user research through to delivery, measurement, and iteration.

  • Design complex, high-impact product features across AI-powered and core editor experiences with strong visual and interaction craft.

  • Translate product strategy into clear requirements, workflows, and design solutions, effectively operating across both design and product responsibilities.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality implementation and seamless feature delivery.

  • Lead design quality across assigned product surfaces, raising the overall craft bar through critique, collaboration, and iteration.

  • Develop and contribute to scalable design systems and reusable UI patterns, particularly in emerging AI-driven experiences.

  • Ensure feature readiness for launch by coordinating timelines, validating implementation, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Continuously evaluate shipped work through user feedback and data, iterating to improve performance and user experience.

Requirements


  • 6+ years of experience in product design for digital products, including experience with consumer or prosumer platforms at scale.

  • Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of shipped products, including research, interaction design, visual design, and measurable impact.

  • Strong experience working on AI-driven, generative, or complex digital product surfaces.

  • Demonstrated ability to take on product management responsibilities, including planning, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, product strategy, and systems thinking.

  • High level of visual and interaction design craft with attention to detail and usability excellence.

  • Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to make clear, pragmatic design decisions.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with a strong bias for action and ownership.
