Accountabilities:

  • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior and proposing hypotheses to improve key product and business metrics.

  • Support the full experimentation lifecycle, including hypothesis generation, prioritization, validation, and impact measurement.

  • Design and evaluate A/B tests and apply causal inference methods to assess product changes.

  • Monitor, detect, and investigate anomalies or deviations in product and business performance metrics.

  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting systems for ongoing product visibility.

  • Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to product, marketing, and business stakeholders.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making across product initiatives.

Requirements


  • Strong experience in product analytics with a deep understanding of A/B testing and experimental design.

  • Solid foundation in mathematical statistics and causal inference methodologies.

  • Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis, segmentation, clustering, and regression modeling.

  • Strong SQL skills, including window functions, query optimization, and complex data manipulation.

  • Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Apache Superset, or similar platforms.

  • Strong understanding of product metrics such as LTV, retention, conversion, CPA, and funnel analysis.

  • Product-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into business impact and actionable insights.

  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations.

  • High level of ownership, autonomy, and focus on measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong proficiency in both Russian and English (written and spoken).
