Senior Partner Account Manager
We’re looking for a Partner Account Manager to join our Partnerships team and help us accelerate our global growth and expand our US footprint.
We are flexible with the location of this role between either of our offices in Copenhagen or Wroclaw.
We are open to on\-site, hybrid, and remote working.

The Role
As our Senior Partner Account Manager , you’ll be the driving force behind building and nurturing long\-term partnerships to accelerate deal acquisitions and unlock new commercial opportunities. Your focus will be on expanding our footprint in the US market while supporting our existing global portfolio, where you’ll optimize pipeline velocity, lead joint pitches, and maximize revenue growth for both our partners and Cookie Information/Piwik PRO.
Your impact will include:
- Championing the US Market : Adapt the product pitch to match local market dynamics and serve as the internal voice for US partner needs. Maintain the time zone flexibility and travel readiness required to support the region effectively .
- Owning the Account Lifecycle : Own the end\-to\-end lifecycle of assigned accounts \- from onboarding and signing new partners to conducting performance check\-ins and maintaining an up\-to\-date partner directory.
- Ensuring Partner Success : Support partners through regular communication, ensuring a positive partner experience that keeps our product top\-of\-mind.
- Collaborative Enablement : Orchestrate partner enablement and co\-marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to prioritize partner needs, ensuring joint activities and resources are tailored to fuel partner success.
- Product Advocacy : Act as a product expert and public advocate through demos, training, and joint partner events.
- Proven experience in partnership management and/or B2B sales.
- A commercial mindset \- you have the ability to convert relationships into mutual commercial gains.
- Great interpersonal skills \- you build trust, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- The ability to grasp technological concepts and translate them into value propositions.
- Hands\-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic marketing tools.
- Experience with partner enablement, including developing resources for successful pitches and equipping partners to distribute our products effectively.
- Comfortable working in and adapting to the evolving world and workflows of a SaaS scale\-up.
- Be ready (and even excited!) for travel and public speaking.
- It would also be great if you are familiar with marketing/analytics technology landscape and tools.
