Senior Operations Manager

Salary: £41,500 \- £44,000 per year

Hours: 36 per week

Holidays: 27 days plus Bank Holidays

LEAP is a registered charity based in Ashton under Lyne.

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our amazing team and provide operational leadership across the organisation.

A central part of the role will be developing LEAP's non\-profit services to achieve the appropriate balance between commercial performance and social impact.

The Senior Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in bringing these two parts of LEAP together, ensuring that the charity and social enterprise operate efficiently, sustainably and as one organisation with a shared mission.

Therefore, the right candidate will be a strategic thinker and a hands\-on doer. They will be able to comfortably operate across the complementary worlds of charity and enterprise to strengthen our independence, resilience, sustainability and capacity to deliver our charitable mission.

We are less interested in specific qualifications but we are looking for someone who has the right skills, experience and competencies to fulfil the role.

Experience of working in the voluntary sector is desirable.
