An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands–on Mechanical Engineer to join an innovative technology company developing cutting–edge medical devices. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in the development of precision mechanical systems for next–generation drug delivery products, taking designs from early–stage concepts through to high–volume manufacture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of designs from concept through to production


• Develop precision mechanical components and assemblies


• Produce 3D CAD drawings and supporting documentation


• Support prototype builds, testing, and engineering investigations


• Apply DFM and DFA principles to optimise designs for scalable production


• Assess tolerance stack–ups and the impact of manufacturing variation on performance

Key Skills \& Experience:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline


• Previous experience developing medical devices is a must


• Strong 3D CAD skills


• Knowledge of injection moulding and high–volume manufacturing processes


• Understanding of precision mechanisms and tolerance analysis


• Excellent problem–solving skills and ability to manage multiple technical workstreams
