Smart Corporate Stays is a fast\-growing corporate let and serviced accommodation business helping landlords, property investors and entrepreneurs generate higher cashflow through corporate lets, serviced accommodation, property training programmes, partnerships and franchise opportunities.
As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a commercially minded Senior Marketing \& Growth Executive to help drive lead generation, increase event attendance, support franchise growth and contribute directly to company revenue.

The Role
You will be responsible for generating qualified leads and increasing attendance across our:
- Corporate Let Discovery Days.
- Property Investment Masterclasses.
- Smart Corporate Let Foundations™.
- Corporate Let Accelerator Programmes.
- Franchise Partnerships.
- VIP Investor Dinners.
- Retreats and Mastermind Programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Build and optimise lead generation funnels.
- Create landing pages and lead capture systems.
- Generate event registrations and strategy call applications.
- Support franchise and partnership recruitment campaigns.
- Improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Manage Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) campaigns.
- Support LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance.
- Manage retargeting campaigns.
- Track cost per lead and marketing ROI.
- Support YouTube and video marketing activities.
- Manage and optimise GoHighLevel CRM.
- Create automated email and SMS campaigns.
- Build follow\-up sequences and nurture campaigns.
- Maintain accurate reporting and lead tracking.
- Promote Discovery Days, Masterclasses, Investor Dinners and Retreats.
- Increase event registrations and attendance.
- Coordinate event marketing campaigns.
- Support exhibitions and networking events.
- Create engaging social media content.
- Write marketing emails and promotional campaigns.
- Repurpose video content into short\-form content.
- Assist with brochures, presentations and marketing materials.
- Minimum 2 years' marketing experience.
- Proven lead generation experience.
- Experience running paid digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Meta advertising.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Commercial mindset focused on measurable results.
