What you'll be doing?

  • Lead the delivery of our prescription\-only smoking cessation service, providing expert clinical advice and product guidance.

  • Manage all aspects of the department including staffing, stock and services provided.

  • To delegate tasks and ensure the efficient running of the department.

  • Support individuals throughout their quit journey with tailored, motivational, and compassionate guidance.

  • Maintain accurate, compliant records and follow\-up documentation in line with service standards.

  • Ensure safe, effective, and compliant handling and dispensing of NRT products.

  • Collaborate with wider health and wellbeing teams to deliver a joined\-up, holistic service experience.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Level 3 Pharmacy Technician qualification desirable but not essential.

  • Supervisor experience desirable but not essential.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in pharmacy.

  • Strong understanding of smoking cessation principles, NRT products and other pharmacy services.

  • Excellent communication skills with a supportive, non‑judgemental approach.

  • Ability to motivate and empower individuals to achieve team goals.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to safe, compliant practice.

  • Confident working independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
