You'll have the freedom to manage your day, deal directly with customers and make decisions without someone looking over your shoulder every five minutes.

This role would suit an experienced locksmith who enjoys the trade but doesn't want the stress and uncertainty of running their own business.
You'll have the independence to do what you do best, backed by an established company with nearly 40 years of history.
What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different.
One minute you'll be helping a family locked out of their home.
The next you'll be upgrading security for a local business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Attending emergency and planned locksmith call\-outs across Nottinghamshire
- Gaining non\-destructive and destructive entry to domestic and commercial properties
- Installing, repairing and upgrading locks and security hardware
- Advising customers on security improvements and best practice
- Completing job records accurately
- Handling customer interactions professionally
- Supporting workshop and retail operations when required
What We're Looking For
You'll probably tick most of these boxes:
- Minimum 2 years locksmith experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Confidence working independently
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem\-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable and professional approach
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Willingness to participate in an on\-call rota
We're looking for someone we can trust to represent the Grays brand, make good decisions and treat customers as if they were their own.
