Administrative \& Customer Service Officer
We are seeking a reliable and well\-organised Administrative \& Customer Service Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative tasks with delivering high\-quality customer service, primarily over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain accurate customer and company records
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations
- Previous experience in an administrative and/or customer service role
- Confident, professional phone manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time\-management abilities
- Competent with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
