Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end integrated marketing programs across key enterprise industries, connecting paid media, lifecycle marketing, content, digital campaigns, events, and partner initiatives into cohesive growth strategies.

  • Own the strategy and execution of paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing programs, including audience segmentation, campaign optimization, retention, nurture, reactivation, and expansion initiatives.

  • Analyze campaign performance, pipeline metrics, and customer insights to continuously refine strategies and improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Brand, and Growth teams to align campaigns with business priorities and revenue goals.

  • Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive shifts, rapidly developing campaigns and targeted plays to capitalize on growth opportunities.

  • Utilize AI-powered tools and workflows to streamline campaign development, optimize execution, and improve operational efficiency across marketing initiatives.

  • Contribute to cross-functional planning, share actionable insights with internal stakeholders, and support continuous improvement of marketing processes and performance frameworks.

Requirements


  • Strong experience in B2B enterprise marketing, ideally within SaaS, technology, or enterprise software environments.

  • Deep expertise in paid media and lifecycle marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth, retention, and customer expansion.

  • Broad understanding of integrated marketing disciplines, including digital campaigns, content marketing, events, ABM, and partner marketing.

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools, LLMs, or AI agents within day-to-day marketing workflows to improve productivity and campaign execution.

  • Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to work independently with dashboards, reporting tools, and campaign performance data.

  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and evolving environments.

  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities, balancing execution speed with long-term business impact.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
