Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Drainage Surveyor to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Perform detailed drainage surveys using specialized equipment such as CCTV inspection tools and handheld sensors to assess underground pipe networks and drainage systems.


• Collect, record, and analyze survey data with precision, ensuring all information is accurately documented for reporting purposes.


• Utilize AutoCAD and CAD software to create detailed drawings and schematics of drainage layouts based on survey findings.


• Conduct land surveying activities to establish precise locations of drainage features in relation to existing infrastructure.


• Use GIS (Geographic Information Systems) software like ArcGIS to map survey data and integrate it into spatial databases for easy access and analysis.


• Collaborate with construction teams, civil engineers, and project managers to interpret survey results and provide technical recommendations.


• Maintain organized records of all survey data, reports, and project documentation in accordance with company standards and data management protocols.


• Assist in site inspections during construction phases to verify installation accuracy and compliance with design specifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in land surveying, drainage inspection, or related civil engineering fields with a focus on underground infrastructure.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, CAD software, and ArcGIS for mapping, drafting, and spatial analysis tasks.


• Strong understanding of drainage systems design, construction processes, and water management principles.


• Familiarity with CCTV inspection equipment used for internal pipe assessments.


• Excellent data management skills with attention to detail in recording survey findings accurately.


• Construction experience is highly desirable to understand project workflows and site safety protocols.


• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and survey reports effectively.
