Accountabilities
In this role, you will own the end-to-end product marketing and market activation strategy, ensuring that innovation is effectively translated into market impact and measurable commercial outcomes. You will lead a global go-to-market transformation centered on a major AI-driven platform launch.
- Lead the global go-to-market strategy and execution for a major AI-native platform launch, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, and Customer Success
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, outcome-driven value propositions for enterprise decision-makers such as CFOs, COOs, and CHROs
- Build and scale a high-performing product marketing function focused on revenue impact, pipeline generation, and commercial effectiveness
- Develop messaging frameworks, positioning strategies, and GTM playbooks that improve win rates and accelerate deal velocity
- Ensure alignment between product messaging, live demonstrations, and proof points across the entire buyer journey
- Lead analyst relations to strengthen market credibility and position the platform as a leader in AI-driven enterprise software
- Define and track GTM success metrics tied directly to pipeline growth, conversion rates, and revenue performance
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to refine messaging based on market feedback and performance data
- Lead and develop a senior team, driving capability growth, performance standards, and AI-enabled ways of working
Requirements
You bring deep experience in senior product marketing or go-to-market leadership roles within complex B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments. You are comfortable operating at the intersection of product innovation, commercial strategy, and market execution.
- Extensive experience in product marketing, GTM, or commercial strategy leadership roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven track record of leading large-scale product or platform launches with measurable commercial impact
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and revenue-focused messaging
- Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams in cross-functional environments
- Deep understanding of enterprise buyer dynamics and value-based messaging for senior stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with strong focus on pipeline growth, win rates, and deal acceleration
- Experience building and scaling product marketing or GTM teams in high-growth environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
- Experience with analyst relations and shaping external market perception is highly valuable
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and data-driven decision-making skills
