<p>The health and fitness software and payment processing provider in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico. Founded in 1981, they currently work with 7,000+ health clubs. Customer offerings include payment processing and gym management solutions that allow managers to track memberships and schedules and automate payment processing functions.</p>

<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest data from various sources into data lakes and data warehouses</li>
<li>Use Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Synapse for orchestrating complex data workflows</li>
<li>Write complex, optimized SQL queries and transformations to clean, aggregate, and structure data for business needs</li>
<li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing data pipelines and SQL queries for maximum efficiency and cost-control in the cloud</li>
<li>Work closely with Data Analysts, Power BI developers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver production-ready data assets</li>

<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering with a focus on cloud-based ETL/ELT development</li>
<li>Strong production experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Synapse Analytics</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning)</li>
<li>Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schemas, dimensional modeling)</li>
<li>Experience working with different data formats (Parquet, JSON, CSV)</li>
</ul>
<h3>Nice to Have</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Databricks or PySpark</li>
<li>Familiarity with Version Control tools (Git, Azure DevOps)</li>
<li>Understanding of how data feeds into visualization tools like Power BI</li>
<li>Azure certifications (e.g., DP-203: Azure Data Engineer Associate)</li>
</ul>
