We’re looking for a confident and caring Shift Leader to lead our dedicated team, ensuring that every resident is treated as an individual, engaged in meaningful activity, and supported to live life to the fullest.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Assistant ready to take the next step into leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting the care team during your shift


• Ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care delivery


• Promoting dignity, choice, and independence for residents


• Maintaining accurate records and effective communication


• Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills


• Acting as the senior point of contact during your shift

• £15\.00 per hour


• £150 bonus after successful induction


• Full\-time, permanent position

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)


• At least 1 year’s experience in a supervisory or senior care role


• A caring, professional, and confident approach to leadership


• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK


• Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS (paid for by Pinnacle Care)


• Driving licence preferred but not essential


• No sponsorship available for this role
