We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the day\-to\-day care of elderly residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will also assist in supervising junior care staff and maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility.

Monitor and record residents’ health and wellbeing.

Support medication administration under supervision.

Mentor and guide junior care staff.

Promote a safe, clean, and friendly environment.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Previous experience in a care setting, preferably with elderly individuals.

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Strong communication and leadership skills.

A caring, patient, and respectful attitude.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: From £16\.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
