Role: Senior AI Software Engineer

Location: Porto, Hybrid

Required skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum 5\+ years of hands\-on experience in C\# and .NET/.NET Core.


• 2\+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Data Science.


• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch alongside .NET.


• Hands\-on experience with NLP tools such as Hugging Face and LLM frameworks such as GPT and Transformers.


• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS, microservices, and deploying custom models.


• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.


• Solid grasp of trusted AI practices, API security, and data privacy.


• Excellent problem\-solving skills, Agile/Scrum proficiency, and fluent English.


• Experience designing, building and maintaining efficient C\#/.NET code alongside production\-ready ML pipelines.


• Ability to translate business requirements into functional applications and AI/ML solutions, particularly NLP and LLMs.


• Experience fine\-tuning, deploying and optimizing pre\-trained models for specific product use cases.


• Experience creating POCs for R\&D projects and analysing complex datasets.


• Experience collaborating with Product Owners and cross\-functional teams.


• Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring team members.


• Experience maintaining documentation for software architecture and AI algorithms.


• Experience prioritizing client issue resolution according to SLAs and identifying technical debt.
